I am delighted with the exercise program that Martin Jones teaches in Georgetown. My overall strength has really improved in the not quite year and a half in his class.
He is very knowledgeable about fitness and aging and structures his program to keep us moving and make us stronger while keeping us motivated. Each class is different and challenging so I hate to miss one.
I love the members of the class and look forward to seeing them and having a chance to chat.
Exercising outside in the morning with Martin's class is a gift.
